Found Cairn Terrier Pup - No Collar, No Chip

Google thinks he looks like a Cairn Terrier. Vet tech says he can’t be more than a few weeks old. He had no collar and no microchip. He now has a microchip curtesy of the shelter we work with. Found in the bushes hiding.
