Lost Jindo Mix: Brown, Scared, 4yrs - Help!

She is a brown medium sized Jindo mix, 4 years old and she is easily startled and is afraid of rain and thunder. She ran out of the back yard but gate was closed. Somehow she was able to run out along 90th ave along Jamaica Ave.
