Lost Shih Tzu 'Cookie' in Fresno - Reward Offered

Cookie is a female shitzu, light brownish grey in color and she is in heat.. Initially she was lost at the walmart on herndon and ingram in fresno ca so we made several posts on facebook and we got a message back saying someone found her so we went to go get her and the people say she went out to use the bathroom and took off and that was on first and Bullard in Fresno California in the Park St., Apartments behind savemart..
