Sweet, Vocal Male Cat Found on Meridian St.

Approximately 7 months old male cat. He's extremely sweet and very vocal. Very Good with other cats. He's very thin but is currently eating regularly. Can't say enough good things about him really. Is he yours? Can you give him a forever home? He deserves one. I have been calling him Little Rat
