Lost Cat: Grey with Black Stripes, Kasson

His name is Charlie he is a domestic short hair, he is grey with black stripes, He is skittish and normally hides from people. I had him out on a new tactical harness a we were walking around my apartments. Some kids walking by asked if they could pet him and when they started to approach he got terrified like I've never seen before I've had him as strictly an indoor cat and was only trying to get him familiar with going out but somehow in his territor he got out the harness and away from me. I'm so lost without him he was all I had in this world and without him I am absolutely miserable.
