Found Friendly Dog Needs Loving Home ASAP

Full story and Update 1:00AM: No one has still contacted me.He’s super friendly. He doesn’t snap or bite and hasn’t barked. I found him 9/3/2024 Around 6:20PM and ran up to in the yard I live at. We took him to Tropicana Animal hospital after driving around seeing if someone is running or looking for him and went to couple of the neighbors but they didn’t recognize this dog. He had a red broken rope attached to his harnes Onetigris brand vest, possibly broke out after being tied up. He’s possibly a bit sick, he has diarrhea and has had a few accidents indoors staying with me and threw up a good amount once but possibly from the smell of his own poo. I am doing my best to care for him, I couldn’t take him to many places like shelters since they were closed. He wasn’t too dirty but I cleaned him with some light baby wipes and he seemed to like being pampered. I unfortunately can’t keep him long especially since I work full time and have cats (I separated the cats to my bedroom). My place is a tiny home so there’s not much room. I need help finding someone who can care for him. I have posted that I found him on Facebook, Nextdoor, and PawBoost. Please share to get this baby boy back home 🙏 His family is likely looking for him and I hope they see one of my posts! Update 9:40AM 9/4, no contact with any owner. While someone said he maybe owned by someone homeless I’m not entirely sure. My property manager said he may have seen him before and thinks he’s a rover homeless dog but I have never seen the dog out here ever and the neighbors/my landlord has never seen him. He was decently clean / didn’t really smell when I found him and his claws looked like they’ve been cut not too long ago. Please if anyone can foster I’ll do my best to help out look after him and can after my work and on the weekends until he finds a permanent home. I don’t want to surrender him to a crowed shelter yet if someone is willing to foster but may have today.
