Found: Fluffy White & Black Dog, 13th Ave S

Medium sized dog with white fluffy fur with black spotting. Long fluffy tail and droopy ears. Possibly English setter or similar herding dog but uncertain of breed. Slight limp in hind legs and skittish temperament. Found roaming between houses and down alleyways.
