Lost Huskies Near Brickell Apts - Help!

Two lost Huskies, beige and white. Male and female. Age unknown. Has harnesses on them, no tags. They are hanging around Brickell Apartments, just off Blackwelder Ave. Building 1284. Very nice dogs. I can't take them in, as I am disabled and have ESA dogs. Area of I-240 Service Road and Blackwelder. Looking for the owner or foster to re-home, if possible.
