Pablo ran out of my house yesterday around 330pm during a thunderstorm. Went up grove street toward Lowell and 103rd and was seen today near 9060 W 94th avenue. Has purple/blue collar on and prances around like a horse. He is timid and scared of almost everything and won’t respond to his name. He’s 37lbs brown and white with black dots.
